I have been working with clients primarily in the Durham Region, and east Toronto for more than 10 years.

I am client oriented and will go the extra distance. Whether that is to lay laminate flooring at midnight with my clients to get the place ready to “show”, invent new ways to makeover a kitchen on a shoestring budget by suggesting painting the countertops, or simply fill 10 more boxes after you think you’ve decluttered, I am always there to help you get the most for your house and get you into the most house.

I pride myself on my ability to be creative and think outside the box in order to get deals done. I have managed over the past years to excel at the bargaining table to the satisfaction of my clients. I have secured the purchase of a home with the lowest purchase price in multiple offers, I have negotiated more than $10,000 off the purchase price as a result of a home inspection, and I can even get you the TV on the wall!
